On day 2 of our trip, we planned to visit and witness one of the most talked destinations in Dubai, i.e., Palm Jumeirah and to give our bodies the potion of vitamin D, The Beach, JBR. We left our hotel around 9.30 for our first destination, i.e., The Beach. One can easily reach The Beach via metro and tram; we took a metro till DMCC station. Distance from the metro station to The Beach was approx. 750 to 800 m, one can take the monorail till Jumeirah residence 1. However, we decided to go on foot instead of taking the monorail as we wanted to explore the nearby areas as well. After taking a long walk on the warm sand and swimming, our stomachs started growling and what place can be more suitable to extinguish our hunger than the flying cup. In the flying cup, we enjoyed our food with cool ocean breeze kissing our cheeks.
After relaxing two and a half hours at The Beach, we decided to head towards Palm Jumeirah. The best way to reach to the palm from 'The Beach' is to take tram till Palm Jumeirah Station and then through a monorail. For monorail, we bought a separate card at the station, which costed us AED 30 for a round trip. One can easily spend 4-5 hours exploring the various attractions of the island like Aquaventure beach, The Lost Chambers Aquarium, Aquaventure water park, etc. We grabbed the front seat upon boarding the monorail as it offers a fantastic view while we traversed through the trunk of The Palm.
Our first pit stop at The Palm was ‘The Lost Chamber’ Aquarium. The deeply integrated storyline about the lost city of Atlantis with the aquarium teleported us to the mystic city of Atlantis along which one can enjoy other activities like underwater yoga, fish tale tour, etc. After spending an hour at the aquarium, we took a short tour of the Atlantis hotel before taking a stroll along the crescent road. While taking a walk at the crescent road, we were able to visualize a beautiful reflection of the sun in the warm waters of the Persian Gulf.
After enjoying the beautiful sunset on the crescent road, we boarded our train back to the station from where we had started. However, we improvised our plan a bit, we got down at Nakheel Mall station to enjoy a cup of coffee at Starbucks, and then we decided to walk from the Nakheel Mall station to the next station to rejoice the evening breeze while ambling through the park. We boarded the train from the Al Ittihad Park station to Gateway station, and then took a tram from Palm Jumeirah to Dubai Marina station from where we switched to the metro line to head back to our hotel. Upon reaching the hotel, we decided to end our long day by relishing our taste buds with Daal Makhni and Aloo Parantha from Sarvana Bhawan😊

Good ..!
